A New Direction

Well it's been a long journey back from Italy.  My life has changed, as you can imagine:  moving back from Italy, country life, and non-working to living in the United States, Seattle "city life", and working would surely be a life changer for any.  But with all life changing some things stay the same, Bella Cinghiale will remain and part of the focus will too.  Bella Cinghiale will bring you my love of food and photo.
