Well its Eleven days and counting before we leave to live in Italy for the next 220 days. And as you can imagine it takes some planning, some packing, and some lists.
List One: Movies we are taking. We will be in the middle of the country, and when I say country I mean agriculturally not longitudinally. People have asked what are you going to do? Here’s a just a few of the things we will get up to; we will be enjoying relaxing, reading, hiking, eating, and drinking, Umbertide on Wednesday’s for market, Nestor’s for Pizza Friday, painting, writing, exploring, serving as tour guides, and so much more. Occasionally we may need a hint of the USA and a small bit of TV…in the middle of the country this means videos on our lap top and if we need it, perhaps a little CNN British News. For this occasional break we will be taking some of our favorite movies, this list current as of print time.

I love the station agent. And Nightmare before Christmas. I also recommend Delicatessen. But perhaps not for vegetarians. Hilarious though. Post-apocalyptic gruesomely funny and sweet, and the most musical sex scene I've ever seen.
ReplyDeleteIf you think Bad Boys isn't actually #1 on the list (in order that's very particular), then you're nutty.
ReplyDeleteWow!!! The time for your departure is so close!! Can't wait to read all about it -
